I discovered today that there is a potentail class action lawsuit being filed against ASPI by shareholders regarding misleading information being released.
The lawsuit claims that between October 30 and November 26, 2024, ASP Isotopes made materially false and misleading statements, failing to disclose:* Overstatements regarding the potential effectiveness of its enrichment technology.
* Overstatements about the development potential of its high assay low-enriched uranium facility.
* Inflated results of its nuclear fuels operating segment.
* Consequently, the company's positive statements about its business and prospects were misleading and lacked a reasonable basis.
