If you have 10,000 shares in RLT the current valuation is around $6,000. If this deal goes through your 10,000 shares will become 916.9 shares in ASPI. ASPI are currently trading at around $7.00 USD so basically you would have $6418.30 USD which converts to $10,027 AUD.
The NASDAQ has reacted strangely to the news and ASPI share price is dropping but the true value should settle in the next day or so. It would be well worth the effort in doing some research on ASPI. It's an interesting company and there is a lot of synergy with RLT in what they are doing particularly in the semiconductor market.
Apparently REN/RLT will be delisted from the JSE and ASX. ASPI will list on the JSE in around August, so our shares will be listed on the JSE and NASDAQ under ASPI.
