The fact remains that, irrespective of the origins of He3, it is only present amongst He4 in vanishingly small quantities.
Furthermore, ALL of the helium will have to be processed by ASPI (by whatever means) to extract the He3. No extraction process is 100% effective.
Notwithstanding the current technical achievements of ASPI, I would need to see more detailed statements from them before I believe it is possible/economically viable.
