Merged company initially about US600m marketcap if that's accurate with ebitda projections US300m + . Longterm ebitda multiple could be about x20 similar to Linde.. With about US60m in cash and US600m marketcapn dilution through to US300m + ebitda projections should be minimal.

Overall I think upside is reduced by merging but risks to execute through to Phase 2 reduced substantially..Still reasonable upside potential if about 86m shares in the combined ASP-Renergen..If US300m ebitda is reached x20 that a US6b marketcap or x10 from the initial US600m marketcap of the combined ASP-Renergen. Larger upside if ebitda outperforms and gets to US500m + etc.. Also would like to understand how much ebitda projections ASP is bringing to the table? Renergen projected R6b or US300m approx in ebitda projections alone in a Phase 2 guidance.
