I have an aquaintance who was involved with SIP a few years back and who is now involved in providing venture capital (in Australia). This person has had an eye on the developments at Sigma and I would hazard a guess there may be a counter offer from that direction. This is pure speculation on my part. I dont believe 60cents will be the final but closer to a buck, maybe 90cents.
