read the article on the smaller REITs and I thought all though APZ was not mentioned when you did a health check on those that were APZ looked pretty good - maybe I had the wrong article but as I recall the person interviewed said they had been buying 15 different REITs and expected to do well out of them but did admit possibly 2 may not make it
APZ may have questionable morals - but I think they have placed themselves in a possition to ride out the worst of the recession - not great for many of us that come in above a dollar but pretty compelling buying for those looking for a yeild at present
