    The ANN said that an unconditional offer of 65c by Aspen was incorrect. It doesn't mean a conditional offer from Aspen for 65c hasn't been proffered.

    Anyway, who knows. We'll see what the market thinks. SIP is a dark horse. We rely on the media for any information at all.
