I can't find a single reliable source for this. Only second tier media sites and blogs are reporting this story, and all of them are using 7news.com as the source.
There's nothing on the Chamber of Commerce's website. Nothing to confirm John Hart said this or in what context.
Is this a leak of some private conversation? Or idle banter. I would wait until firmer news.
