Wert, not sure mate. I'm pretty sure a new resource tally will be open in nearly all places and not include tyrannus, hydra and many other places.
They have alot of ground to drill and can only include what's drilled with certain spacings.
You'll have resources here and there and expansion of them later on.
The best spots have not been drilled much I feel.
I get that, but most investors do not. Hense 1.9c
Asr is getting into oversold territory, most certainly if it falls to 1.6c, 1.5c ish.
My est was based on resources pre last mre, the MRE and what's drilled and not drilled and its very prudent.
