For a few weeks now (probably since the gap down to 0.018) there has been a single player accumulating big chunks. Way more noticeable in the past few days when the sellers have dried up. As there have not been "good news", punters are not participating on this, else the price would have rallied through the 20´s now. By the time the "news" come to us, this normally has already gapped up, forcing punters to buy at much higher prices.
