    I wouldn't be surprised if they have dragged this out knowing what would happen with the SP. My conversations have given me the gut feeling that they have thrown all the eggs into the REE basket. It's very telling if you have the time to watch the order book on a daily basis, it was like a switch was flipped here. Question is, how long do they need to wait before what I assume will be excellent REE news, or at least news worthy of a pump?
