Michael, also note that in the plot of momentum there is a divergence between momentum and two other indicators, the Advance and Decline line and Average True Range which have bottomed out. It suggests, buying is taking place here by Smart Money. RSI is above 50, they might not let it get above 65 while accumulating. Anyway, its an educated punt at this end of the market based on the TA. Probability, not certainty.
