It's perfectly reasonable as it's 2m shares that are unwarranted. Per my earlier post, the SP has gone backwards in the last 15 months. Mgt are being remunerated perfectly well and don't need or deserve these freebies. It's the same as Dale Schultz being given 1m options when leaving "in recognition of his contribution to the company". What a joke. This all reflects poorly on mgt and should stop.
