Being an Australian Stock Report (ASR) PATS subscriber rolled into being an unwilling HAL shareholder. But that’s a longer story… you may have a similar story to below and wish to do something about it.

Did you attend an ASR webinar where you were offered a subscription for the Professional Active Trader Service (PATS) with ASR like I did?

And did you review the ASR website, look at the available data on the PATS page and decide to sign up like I did?

The glowing data on the site was cherry picked and earlier this year still showed 49 of 50 trades as winners with the only losing trade <3% loss. How good did that seem? Sign me up!

BUT a recent update that, coincidentally coincided with my AFCA investigation that cited the false claims of ASR, who is in the AAIGL/AAIS stable that floated HAL, showed a substantially different picture. Seven of the now listed nine PATS closed trades are losers with the worst, PointsBet at minus 83.6%. And the cut off was nine trades. Worse from there?

Wow -sign up for this. NO WAY!! That surely isn’t Professional Active Trader advice that anyone needs.

So if you are interested in joining me in a class action to recover our subscription fees from this company that knowingly misled potential subscribers contact me now. Perhaps there’s potential to recover some hard earned from following their advice but assume that would be harder.
(I recently sold the HAL shares that I was allocated @16.5c. When allocated, shares were priced at @$1.20 and the theoretical value of the AAIGL shares I held were debited by same. Founders and directors got to sell shares pre float for $1.20.. lucky them.)
