Are you talking about how bph is invested in health related companies. The way I read it is that bph is like a 'fund' they use money received from us to invest at there own discretion into other companies they think will give value. Just like Goldman Sachs.
As for why it could be possible breeze invested in advent when the mining industry was booming. He could have invested in health related companies when there was a certain amount of hype within the market at that time. Same can be said with the recent investment in the pot stock.
As for my 2cents. Holding 1mil+ stock is a better gamble then going to the casino. Right now the price is tasty enough to do so.
