I am at a loss because he is not a US citizen, so treason and it's variants can't apply and he was not in the US while publishing so spying is not on the cards. The only possible crime this non-lawyer sees is hacking the DNC. That would be impossible to prove because "the Russians did it" even though it is clear it was an inside job and a thumb drive crossed the Atlantic.
