Israel has "rape by deception". Reported in Haaretz about a year back, an Israeli maiden fell enamoured of a manly hunk she met in a cafe. They went to her pad and had a weekend of consensual whoopie. Later, she found the guy was an Arab, not a Jew, so she had him arrested and tried for "rape by deception".....because he didnt declare he wasnt a Jew.
Thats just as silly as being charged with rape over a busted condom in Sweden, eh?
