let's say 20m = mineralised interval in hole-yes
let's say we use red tape to demonstrate this interval of mineralisation - yes

let's say you drill a hole back the other way, to west-yes

let's say 20m = mineralised interval in this hole also - yes

Q.. so all things bring equal, to demonstrate scale,
how far should the first mineralised interval be from the second when you look to the east or west???
