Yes the plan purports good news 4 borte. Better news when someone buys the plan and provides the finance.
My comment is hardly conjecture......what do you think happened with previous plan? Financiers jumped at it and RNI decided to reject some deal or deals? Suggest that the new advisors or someone has said there are too many flaws in the financials for any financier to consider it with any seriousness Or a worthwhile deal to be put forward. Suggestion is that the RNI BOD have been asked to go back to drawing board and redo the financials and prepare financials that are more reliable. Just my read.
I am wondering now given the timeframes for T deposit in Nov whether there will be another extension or we see a cap raise of some sort. Very tight time frame to work to Nov 7 to have proj finance all sorted.
