    Citigroup have been capping this stock since (at least) November last year and probably earlier. I have no idea why but I guess there are limited reasons why a large group would cap a stock. So, without picking one why don't we make a list?

    I'll start.

    Setting up for a takeover?
    Innocent accumulation?
    Trading for profit?

    Anything else?
