These reports reported 15587 ozs gold produced and almost $13 mil
cash in the bank.

Buy on the 17th Feb 2011 IGR unexpectedly went in to a CR trading halt.

Your post says :"they (IGR) have proven to be honest in their communications for the last few years" in your defense of no CR being possible at present.
Last year posters/shareholders were thinking the same but we had an
unexpected CR which has crippled the SP since then.
