My conspiracy theory --
The current trading looks like capping to me.
Even when shares are going through with volume, the capper sells down to the next lower level. (probably selling to another entity owned by the seller)If you were trading for profit, surely you would let your order go through at the higher price???
We need the reserves data to move this stock
