I might be wrong but I think that the options due to be granted at the AGM are tied to the moving average price so in fact the directors would want as low a price as possible. I think the big reduction in sell orders is behind this retrace. Even at 14c this company is very cheap atm and with the amount of news due out over the next few months I think 20c is a very achievable target in the short term.
