We are now entering into a critical 2 month zone prior to potential contracts with either a JTC or one/more of several parties alluded to in announcements prior to the JTC announcement. It is in the interests of the JTC and all other contenders to keep the sp as low as possible prior to then, using algorithmic trading and any other technique available. We shouldn't be surpised by it. We should expect it.
