There is always a way to get around information which is of a material nature.

e.g.: Before market release, we sent a few assays back to the lab to be reassayed as the results exceeded expectations.

Rules are there to be broken and I would be very surprised if any listed company on the ASX did not bend the rules at some stage of other.

If anyone thinks that it doesn't happen then they're not living in the real world!!!
