Hi there . From what Ive heard , any anns ie; directors selling major strikes etc , They have a week to get it to the asx,
Thats why when theres a major strike , we get it same day , if its a duster we usually get it in a couple of days , If a director sells a huge ammount we dont hear about it till the week is up they pay a fine but they are clear with all their profits and leave us suckers in the lurch .
Thats why we should have total transparency , insider trading lives on for the ones in the know.
