I can only offer an opinion as an ex mid term, as I got sick of the waiting long ago. There are many many REE developments being found around the world, I think about 10 in Korea alone, plus many ASX listed, plus numerous Canadian. LYC and the American co will be in production well and truly before everyone else, and they will basically cover all the demand so those late to the party are exactly that, not much future in pursuing this avenue so I would hope they dont delay your U timelines.
