IMO its all about the JORC.... Huayou invested early, placed a member on the board. So IMO they have invested early and funded AVZ to get the resource to a maiden JORC...at any level...just get to that JORC.
Then a Western firm invested a similar amount at 25c mind you to also help fund the 20,000m drill program.....so JORC plus JORC expansion/s.
Now AVZ have extended JNS Capital Corp's contract to market to the west. Why? just to take the first Take Over offer upon the maiden JORC? Doesn't make sense to me.
Therefore, personally, I feel AVZ will look to at least develop Roche Dure in some kind of JV arrangement, but may, possibly, after relevant completed drill campaigns, offload Carrier D'lest to help fund Roche Dure as it will be near term compared to that of Carrier D'lest.
That's my guesstamation. And if I'm right, then this means AVZ will unlock (quite early) massive value to its shareholders moving forward from these levels.
