Yes can't see WSA in takeover for KDR ...
There are other suitors who's business model is much more closely aligned to KDR's ... Say NMT (NEO Metals a produced of Lithium Hydroxide at Mt Marion) for example, who is in JV with out current neighbour HNR ... No surprises that the JV will be for HNR Lithium potential which I think likely spills over from KDR to HNR ground.
Or GXY who's Mt Cattlin mine near Ravensthorpe is in the region (apprx 100 KM south?) who has a small deposit (16mt @ 1.08% Jorc ) relative to the size of KDR's... KDR would make a nice addition to their suite of Lithium projects and they already have a plant producing lithium concentrate
POS will not have the financial clout to take out a KDR unless Twiggy (large shareholder) puts his hand in his pocket or they are financed by someone much larger external to the company. Don't see any benefit in KDR taking out POS either as their plant is too far away for anything other than short term production ...
