i have to disagree with you on the point of mngmt failing on the financial side of things.
imo they honestly thought the sp wauld have been up around the 25-30 mark and the oppies in the money.
they have been sending the cores down for assays pronto and giving the market regular updates pushing hard to get the conversion.
imo mngmt have done a fantastic job but mr market has let them down...
