it doesn't but it does confirm that they have been submitted.
someone saying "yeah we're gonna submit them next week" doesn't either, nor does it confirm it was actually done on time.
so as I say it makes more sense to go off a date that was formally announced to the asx and for the assays to come in early and everyone to be happy rather than pinning your hat on what was said at a conference.
sure as sh1t, it'll be the same people moaning when 8 weeks from the conference falls and assays have yet to surface.
