Hi HarleyWGX bought the projects from DRM as they are a good fit with WGX's Murchison operations. The consideration is mainly to be paid in WGX shares ($6.5 mio) with a cash component of $2.5 mio. This transaction is separate to WGX's Cue operations, which are located close to MGV's Lena and BOD deposits.
