Vulcan assays to have 'very positive' impact

Sydney - Tuesday - February 21: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Vulcan Resources Ltd (ASX: VCN) has received assay results from three
drill holes at the Kylylahti copper deposit.
Together with indications of visible sulphide mineralisation in
three other recently completed drill holes and assay results announced
two weeks ago, these drill holes indicate significant extensions to the
upper Wallaby zone and especially the lower Wombat zone.
Chairman Dr Alistair Cowden said the Company expected this
drilling to have a "very positive" impact on the already robust
financials for the project.
"The discovery of economic mineralisation between the two known
zones of mineralisation will improve tonnes mined per vertical metre of
development with a consequent positive impact on net present value,"
said Dr Cowden.
"At Kylylahti, our immediate objective is obviously to finish
the Definitive Feasibility Study and to bring the mine into production
as quickly as possible – positive news along the way, such as today’s
assay results, give us even more enthusiasm and motivation to keep
forging ahead."
