no mining license and to production in 10 years most nag holders will be happy with that feat

nag allegedly has mining license and had Trumbull for 16 years with no results or pathway as to when mining will ever start.

nag holders will benefit without Trumbull at least new ideas will arise from his departure

Trumbull can be served section 249D tomorrow if 5% substantial holder wants to take that path and Trumbull’s shares won’t save him
