As a shareholder I would realy like to know why the individual named has raised so much interest. And if he is indeed pulling the strings. I dont know these people, I came on board with a friends recommendation.
And why you pints seem to think that something so important is "down ramping"
I will write to the MD of GML Andrew Bray and the relevant authorities to see the relationship of the individual with GML, to what capacity he is involved with GML, and the impact it may have on the company.
I have seen similar situations where individuals have sizable % of a company held under different names and make decisons for the company outside of the Board & shareholders that has serious ramifications. Example what number of share options does this person hold
ect ect.
In my opinion we have a serious situation here that needs to be addressed
