Contract/Temp Full time, 6 month fixed term contract Noble Park Location Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited is a leading developer of high efficiency and low emission electricity generation units for homes and other buildings. Our primary product the BlueGen is the world’s most efficient small scale generator delivering low carbon electricity 24hrs a day.
To meet the requirements of our increasing production plan, we are sourcing an experienced production assembler to support our assembly team in construction, testing and commissioning of fuel cells systems and components.
As a part of this role you will be responsible for:
• Prepare prototype, production parts for assembly and fabrication • Complete quality control checks • Assemble complex components (manual and automated) • Assist in ongoing product development tests • Provide hands on support the Engineering teams
To be successful in this role you will need broad technical knowledge for the development, construction, commissioning and testing of fuel cell systems and components. A familiarity with metrology tools and processes will be highly regarded.
You will have outstanding attention to detail maintaining a quality output in a changing environment. A proven ability to meet deadlines, striving for high standards of performance for self and others. We are looking for a proactive self starter with excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with the engineering team.
