Bobsa re Sovereign Risk Tanzania to Mozambique.
Historical- Tanz was German/ England Colony. Moz Portugese. Taz Independence granted 1960's peacefully and was better supported in Independence. Moz not independent til I think the 80's and had a Civil War doing it.Don't think Portugal gives much support to it's ex Colonies.[other than for Legalised Plantations? ]

Current- the New Mining Acts. Tanz has it's all defined and operational. It passed some 2/5 years ago. Includes Gov't Free Carry of 10% in Projects Capex $100mil+ [MNS not KNL]
Moz Act is not passed yet. Gov't Free Carry presumed at 105 but could be up to 20%
As the block in it's Parliament is due to a Fremilo/Renamo State revenue sharing dispute , this is 'a risk' if only in time delay for issuing Mine Permits.

Thus the Risk Assessment Disparity Tanz to Moz ?
