I'm not sure how much better or worse we'll be after this specific consolidation and I'm not losing sleep over it. I doubt it will be too significant, but short term negative, long term slightly positive. All for stupid reasons, but people are stupid.
Yes, weather obviously effects the price of SEA. Seasons fluctuate the demand of oil amd ease of drilling, effecting prices, and specific weather events can disrupt production or distribution, and effect consumption. In extreme cases this can even b ecome the primary driver of the oil price in the short term. In most times though, no, weather isn't a big consideration.
