That could really only be solved by one of the entities making a bid for the lot and still the other parties would have to accept. Otherwise I can only see the new owners pulling in different directions and how can that work when Sundance going its own way has not been able to deliver an outcome.
The note holders would need/want their original stake back at least. And at the moment anyone of them has invested more than what the company is currently worth.
Maybe this is the only bargaining chip Giulio has left.
