Page 7 gives a value of close to $200m for IMPs Gas Resources which = 6c a share + factoring in the $50m of debt
Page 16 gives a value of $7000 AUD approx per Acre of land and is backed up by the most recent $1.4B Mitsui Acquisition
IMP has over 250k acres of land = $1.75B for IMP's land = well a ridiculous figure something like 70cents a share (VERY UNREALISTIC)
The point I would hope people take away from this is at under 1cent IMP seems very cheap on valution metrics peer comparisons (see page 21) and recent takeovers and asset sales
