Young trader.

As you are aware fundamentals mean very little at times and like many of us read the value of a company differently.
Therefore i ask this question.
As a director of this company would you sell the assets of the company if you could get half the value of what you stated
they are worth giving s/holders a profit of over 3000%and wind up the company.
I certainly would and i would hope the directors would too.
If the directors used this as a part of their road show and the market accepted the possibility of this we are all in for an unexpected windfall.
Instead of just a small parcel of land why not the lot at such an unbelievable price.
YT I agree with you in that the company is in a far better position today than it has been for a number of years since its recent purchase but they need to fast track this property into dollars.
Lets hope they do.
