    Bluebottle the company are no strangers to asset sales they sold thier interest in a Mineral Sands project into a company called Bemax which was taken over for a handsome profit

    They have specifically set up the US Energy Gas Assets to allow a sale by having a 95% owned subsidiary company Empire Energy


    finally most if not all their presentations they allude to asset sale or seperate listing of Empire Energy with capital payback to IMP holders
