I wonder how much this will cost a user. I think it could be very important information for banks while they are writing loans to check expenditure. Perhaps they are building these systems to try and flog them off to a bank or banks.
I can't see how they can charge the consumer because if a consumer were serious about saving money they would not pay a monthly fee for information which is freely available from their bank. Really their whole service is just a pretty interface. The bulk of their business must come from pawning off the data to third parties, that's why they would make it difficult to unsubscribe from promotions rather than just a simple check box.
I wouldn't want to provide them access to my banking though, their terms of service are too vague.
