    There has been a pretty amazing run in the last few days and on volume (for this stock also).
    Its almost like there is some news in the wings. Or people have looked at the latest release favourably and are seeing a bottom to the commercial real estate price reductions that have been going on?

    Either way its making me happy at the moment.

    I would like to see it get back to about 50c at least.
