I don't know how some of you will take this, #Ansteel pays$60m for 2.5% in karara project# which already cost both companies approximately $3Bn with production cost above $100.
I know it is share market, but i find it bizzare that some of you talking about $60m for a 10% stake or $300m for 50%.
The company has already spent$300m plus on the project since 2007, so even if we add just the inflation, it would be at least $350m.
But wait, the iron ore was only worth $50/t in 2007, Now it is $100/t.
