Very simple story here, based purely on freely and actively traded undeveloped land banks in the Montney we should be valued at 4,500 per acre yet we trade at 1,200 per acre, ie: we trade at 6.3 cents when we should trade 23 cents. Stein et al are totally focused on bridging that gap to zero.
