    Tri... I think the form of distribution is fairly moot when the company is / has paid tax. Franking credits will be available for any dividend distribtions.

    Moreover, I doubt the tax office will miss them!

    But personally, I'd rather they keep the cash to further develop Marampa / negotiate settlement of MCC

    time will tell i suppose
