Really you cannot blame management for the dreamworld experience ... I think its a good buy right now but management have to present a logical plan into the future and the adequate gearing versus dividend payouts. Management have not done a good job recently as they had a high payout ratio paying out 28c on 34c earnings then the next year paying out 28c on earnings of only 16c and now saying they are concerned about gearing - should have been concerned a good 24 months ago ...

Not sure I want anymore shares until I can see what they intend doing , they may well be selling the good stuff to shore up their balance sheet. Really not sure what the recent VREG sale implies - is it good or bad - I certainly don't know and the announcement is typical VRL. Factually correct but no way to understand the real logic underlying the transaction much like their briefings ... They are far too cagey IMO.
