After many months of uncertainty and fustration some news that maybe the millstone around the neck has been cut loose.
So what do we have? Money in the bank from the sale of management, retention of 60 units and issue of a nice parcel of shares. Because of the depressing state of the company I have not followed the news as close as maybe i should have, now do we have debts that need to be paid from the sale or are we now cashed up with a new project on the horizon that excites somebody to put their money up front?
Time to sit up and do the homework on OTR.
