Tom - unfortunately none of your responses have mitigated the lack of continuous disclosure that I perceive.
Much was in legal terms ' reasonably inferred ' and it appears that you are not prepared to consider that real element.
In any event - ASIC will be the ultimate umpire and I am prepared to accept their decision in these matters.
As none of us have accurate valuations of any of the ADY assetts , comments by you or I as to whether the 'deal' was any good or fair are quite irrelevant.
What is vitally important to all is whether ASIC concludes that continuous disclosure was maintained throughout. Look forward to picking this up with you again then.
